I love to have time to relax and I think everyone does. What really works for me is to find little moments during the day (even if I have a super busy day) that allows me to connect me with myself. Something I really love is to have little spots or areas in my house to relax, even if those spots are temporaly. Inspired in lovely photos I found in Pinterest I build my own “Magic Tent” in my studio. This is the result:
